I've spent 40 years in London from birth and 30 years in Essex.
I know where I'd rather be living, it's where you can still hear the English language.

People keep saying to me I'm mad to come back. I moved from the most 'liveable' city In the world..yet find London much more liveable.

I'm going to go a bit Robert Elms here, but for me there isn't one London, there are tons of different London's so you can have all sorts of different types of experience within the large joined up area known as London.
I like all of them because it all feels like home, and however many different languages you encounter, it never feels as if you are up north.

I also love the feeling of coming home whenever I’m back. It’s changed so much that it’s actually a proper mystical experience to be in the same place again.
